Boys Achieve Fantastic Progress 8 Score of +0.78
We're really proud of our provisional Progress 8 score for 2017, which has now been announced.
Our provisional Progress 8 score in 2017 was +0.78. This was higher than the national average which is always set at 0. It means Harris Boys’ students achieved, on average, over three quarters of a grade higher per entry than students with the same ability nationally.
This is a fantastic achievement. Congratulations to all our students, teachers and parents who made it possible.
Last year, the government introduced the performance measure called Progress 8 to measure the progress made by students since primary school across eight key subjects.
