I know that items of uniform can be expensive to purchase and therefore it is important that they are looked after.
Could I please ask all Parents/Carers to ensure that all items of uniform are clearly labelled with your son’s name, so that any items of lost property can be returned to their rightful owner as soon as possible.
Could I also ask that you check your son’s uniform regularly to ensure that he hasn’t accidentally taken home any items belonging to another student. Should that be the case, please return such items to the Academy office.
As you may have seen at Parents’ Evening, a substantial amount of unlabelled lost property is collected by the Academy Office, such as ties, hats, jumpers, shoes, socks and even coats! You are welcome to come to the Academy office to look through the items to see if any belong to your sons.
