PSHE - This Week's Session

Every week we'll be adding a new PHSE session to do at home. Each one will look at a different topic that is relevant to all of us.

All students that complete the session and complete the quiz at the end will be entered into our upcoming Prize Draw for Amazon Vouchers.

180520 Do you get enough sleep

Why not get your family and friends involved. Could you arrange a video call so you can do some of the activities together. Why not try teaching a family member about the topic? Can you explain the topic to them?

At the end of each session there is a vote on the question. We can’t wait to hear from you! Why not ask someone in your family the same vote question – is their opinion the same as yours? We look forward to revealing the results next week!

Last week's vote - should we be trying to settle on Mars?

At HBAED, a significant majority of you (72%)  thought NO, we should not try to settle on Mars.

NO: 72%

YES: 22%

We have enough problems in our world, we should try to fix them. If we just go to Mars we may cause the same mistakes as on Earth and there will be no escape until then." Jorge

"I think we should start new life on Mars because it is a way to restart and do everything better that we have done badly on Earth. We could make Mars a better place." Elijah

“I believe that we should not be trying to settle on Mars as it could be risky and perhaps dangerous. I understand that others may believe that we should go to Mars because we have many issue here on Earth such as climate change and the new COVID-19. However, that does not mean that we should abandon our planet when we could save it by changing the ways in which we live.” Hamza
