Harris Academies
All Academies in our Federation aim to transform the lives of the students they serve by bringing about rapid improvement in examination results, personal development and aspiration.

Academy Structure

The Academy is organised into four learning hubs – World Studies, Creative Voice, Active Science and Business, Design & ICT – with every student belonging to a tutor group within one of the hubs.

The four hubs are designed to bring learning and student pastoral care (including behaviour) into the one system, rather than having different staff responsible for separate aspects of a student’s experience.

Whichever hub students belong too, all students will have access to the same curriculum. Healthy competition between hubs will encourage teamwork, with students vying to see who can collect the most points at the end of each term.
