Ms Carla Price

Ms Price is the Head of Academy at Harris Boys' Academy East Dulwich. She graduated from the University of Chester with a BA (Hons) in Dance with Drama and Theatre Studies before completing her PGCE in Dance at the Chelsea School, University of Brighton. She later completed a Masters in Teaching and Learning at the University of Reading and was awarded her NPQH in 2023.

Ms Price began her teaching career in Bracknell, where she served as Head of Dance Department for five years. She joined Harris Boys' Academy East Dulwich in 2013 as Subject Leader of Dance and progressed through a range of leadership positions including Innovation Leader, Federation Strand Leader for Dance, Specialist Leader of Education, Associate Assistant Principal, Assistant Principal and Vice Principal.

Throughout her career within the Harris Federation, she has led significant work in teaching and learning, assessment, curriculum development and professional development. Between April 2024 and August 2026, Ms Price served as Senior Vice Principal at Harris City Academy Crystal Palace, with responsibility for Quality of Education and Behaviour, Character and Culture, before returning to Harris Boys' Academy East Dulwich as Head of Academy.

Since 2021, she has also facilitated National Professional Qualification programmes in Leading Teacher Development and Senior Leadership for the National Institute of Teaching, supporting the development of current and aspiring school leaders.
