Student Leadership

Our Student Leadership programme gives every student at the academy a voice in the running of the school, and a chance to bring about positive change.

The student leadership team aims to make a positive impact on both our school and community at the local, national and global level – with activities currently focused on diversity and mental health – two issues that students really care about.

Leadership skills in action

The Student Leadership Team is open to any students from years 7-11, with boys chosen through a whole-school election that involves applications, campaigning, assembly presentations and a final day of voting.

Taking part in our student leadership programme is a great way to learn and develop leadership skills, which will stand students in good stead for the rest of their lives.
