“I want to do really well in all my subjects, so I’ve been pushing myself to work hard. I know that if I keep aiming high, I can achieve great things.”

My favourite thing in Year 7 has been the opportunities that you get. I was lucky enough to come to this school with lots of my friends but in a few days you find many new friends.

The biggest challenge was the homework as you get quite a lot. The teachers are kind and helpful and [the atmosphere] is very controlled and very calm.

My favourite lesson is PE because we play lots of sports and the most exciting thing I have done has been a trip to Maidstone for football.

I feel like I have improved creatively and I am looking forward to going to different countries on trips.

What advice would you give to students in Year 6?

Secondary school is one of the best places that you will go to, so don't waste the experience!
