Year 10 Triumph in Competitive Friendly Ahead of Cup Fixtures

Our Year 9 and Year 10 football teams recently faced off in an exciting internal friendly match as part of their preparations for the upcoming cup fixtures.

The game provided a valuable opportunity for both squads to fine-tune their match fitness, develop team cohesion, and put their training into practice in a competitive environment.

Year 10 emerged victorious with an impressive 6-2 win, showcasing some excellent attacking football throughout the match. Despite the result, both teams should be extremely proud of their performances. Players from both year groups demonstrated great determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship from start to finish.

The match was played in excellent spirit, with students showing outstanding camaraderie, mutual respect, and support for one another throughout. These are the qualities we are proud to see from our students, both on and off the pitch, and they reflect the values of our academy.

We would like to congratulate all players who took part and wish both teams the very best of luck in their upcoming cup fixtures.

We look forward to seeing them continue to develop and represent the academy with pride.

Well done to all involved!
