Proudest moment in education. When I get to bump into a past student in our community and hear about what they've gone on to do after being at our school and the difference they are making.
The thing I love most about HBAED. In my role I lead the Innovation Team and on driving excellence in Teaching and Learning in our school. This means I get the privilege of regularly seeing just how good our teachers are and the amazing impact they have for our students. The trajectories students set at our school mean they have opportunities in life that they likely wouldn't get from another school and so much of that is down to our excellent teachers.
