Using ParentPay
The academy uses a cashless catering system for the canteen and other purchases. Click HERE for a step-by-step guide to parents on how to activate the ParentPay account.
Students use a PIN number for their ParentPay payments. This is designed to help make our students take responsibility for their own data security and will help them to get used to the way things work in the 'outside world'.
Parent Pay refunds. All refund requests, including the year leavers, should be sent to Info@harrisdulwichboys.org.uk to ensure prompt processing. Innovate IFG will not be liable to pay refunds older than two years. These balances will be refunded back to the account from which the original top-up was made. In the event of that account being closed, or the top-up is too old, BACS payment will be arranged to the parent’s account.
