Parents - do we have up to date contact details for you?
Do we have up to date contact details for you, as well as details of any allergies and medical conditions your son may have?
You will recently have received a letter from us asking if we have up to date details for you. We are legally required to update the contact data we hold for students each year. If there are any changes, please complete the form and return it to us by Friday 21 June 2019.
The same letter also asked if there were any changes to your son's allergies or food intolerances, or medical condtions requiring treatment. This includes any additions and amendments to the information you provided when your son first joined Harris Boys’ Academy. If there are, please use the form to let us have the details. Copies of the form are also available from reception.
